MORE IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR 2010...We made the decision to discontinue mortgage brokerage services for residential properties in January of this year (after 27 years). Due to the many changes in residential lending, we left this market and will concentrate on helping fund loans for commercial properties in Wyoming and each surrounding state. More information is available under "Commercial Real Estate Lending" (left green margin).
Due to a number of changes in Medicare and complex Health Care Reform, beginning in June of 2010, many seniors who file claims for reimbursement may see less being paid by both Medicare and "Medicare Advantage" plans, with more being required of clients. This will continue in 2011, and it's VERY important for you to keep your senior health insurance up to date. More information can be found (left margin) under "Senior Health Insurance."
